1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to KIS916. This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and KIS916 ("Platform", "We", or "KIS916"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the kis916.net platform — including the mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms set out in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the kis916 platform immediately. Continued use following any amendment to the terms constitutes full acceptance of the latest version.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the kis916 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration.
• Not listed on any self-exclusion list or playing prohibition imposed by any regulatory authority.
• Register using true, accurate, and up-to-date personal information. False or misleading information may result in account termination without notice.
• Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account only. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and will result in the freezing of all associated accounts.
• Not representing any company, organization, or third party in personal transactions on this platform without written authorization from kis916.

KIS916 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. This process involves submitting documents such as a national ID, utility bill, or bank statement. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the specified period may have their functionality restricted until verification is complete.

3. Account & Security

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your KIS916 account. This includes all wagering, financial transactions, and communications made through the account.

• Keep your password confidential. KIS916 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other available channel.
• Use a strong password that combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Notify the kis916 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• A KIS916 account is for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and no currency conversion fees are charged.
• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 and the minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 3 hours depending on the selected method and the account's KYC verification status.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• Each bonus has rollover (turnover) requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted. Rollover requirements are clearly stated on each promotion page.

6. Game Rules

• KIS916 reserves the right to void bets if there is evidence of technical errors, software malfunctions, or attempts to manipulate the system.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kis916 platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all account funds, and legal action where necessary:

• Money laundering: Using the kis916 platform to conceal or transfer illegally obtained funds.

• Opposing bets: Placing bets on all possible outcomes of a single game or event to guarantee risk-free profit.

8. Account Termination

KIS916 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified period.
• Account termination request submitted by the member through customer support channels.
• Self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming programme.
• Instructions from relevant regulatory bodies or legal authorities.

If an account is terminated at the member's request or for reasons not involving a breach of terms, any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures once all required checks have been completed.

9. Liability Limits

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable under the kis916 operating license. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of this platform will be resolved through the following procedures:

• First stage: Members are required to contact the KIS916 customer support team via live chat or email to resolve disputes directly.
• Second stage: If a resolution is not reached within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to an independent arbitrator appointed by kis916's licensing authority.
• The arbitrator's decision is final and binding on both parties, subject to applicable legal limits.
